Treatment Session

I use a combination of Structural Integration and Craniosacral techniques to address what is arising and to help the body find greater organization, balance, and ease in gravity. Treatments can be oriented around whole body balance, or focused on a specific issue. Sessions may include assessment and movement education in addition to manual therapy.

Craniosacral session

I also offer a pure Craniosacral session. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle light touch bodywork that supports the nervous system, inviting deep rest and the body’s natural healing capacity. It is a layered, gradual, and non-linear process of allowing the body to unwind and digest.

Soma Series (11 sessions)

Transform and balance yourwhole body and being

A deep dive, full body treatment over eleven sessions. The sessions are designed to help you connect to your core, release layers of tension, and create more clarity and ease of movement. Clients are guided in evolving their movement patterns to move more effortlessly and simply.

The Sessions
  • Opening up and rebalancing outer layers.

    Session 1 : Breath
    Releasing the tissue surrounding the rib cage and lengthening the lower back. A sense of lightness and well-being, a more upright posture and fuller deeper breathing.

    Session 2 : Grounding
    The body’s foundation: lower legs and feet. A sense of being firmly grounded and in touch with reality.

    Session 3 : Sideline
    The relationship between pelvis, rib cage and shoulder girdle. Expanded breathing, greater relaxation and more immediately available energy.

  • Rebalancing the pelvis and core fascial lines

    Sessions 4-6 : Core
    Adjust and lengthen the center line, or core, that runs vertically through the body. Better balance and freedom of movement. Walking takes a fraction of the energy typically expended.

    Session 7 : Head & Neck
    Release the muscles of the neck, face and head. More softened and relaxed appearance in the face, with increased self-reliance and personal power.

  • Repatterning movement and integrating whole body awareness

    Sessions 8-9 : Integration
    Integrate first the lower, then the upper body in a new and more efficient manner. Less stress and increased energy as the body’s structure becomes better aligned with gravity.

    Session 10 : Arms
    Release and integrate the arms and shoulders. A lighter experience of the arms, greater ease through the shoulders, an experience of more connection through the entire torso.

    Session 11 : Joints
    Integrate the whole body in a new and more efficient manner. Less stress and increased energy as the body’s structure becomes better aligned with gravity.
